3. The Parallel Asset (Economic Sovereignty) You cannot be fearless if you are living paycheck to paycheck. The goal is to build a “Side Stack”—a stream of value outside the corporate firewall. This isn’t about driving Uber; it’s about monetizing your 20 years of expertise as a consultant or advisor.

4. The Kitchen Cabinet (Private Intel) Isolation is the enemy. Most men have no one to talk to about strategy. They have “work friends” (who are dangerous) or their wives (who shouldn’t carry the burden). You need a vetted council of peers—fathers and leaders—to stress-test your moves.
5. Stoic Detachment (The Mindset Shield) Stop looking to your employer for meaning. It is a commercial transaction. You trade skills for money. When you decouple your identity from your job title, you become unshakeable. You don’t yell at the storm; you build a shelter.
